Our policy lasts up to 48 hours after the generation of your report. In case there is any confusion, you can contact us and get the tests re done. In case you are still not satisfied, complete amount of the tests done will be refunded
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
In case of offline payments, that is paying physically using credit/debit cards or cash at on of our centres, we will refund the payment in cash. In case of online payments, we will trigger a refund of the payment which will be directly deposited to your bank account/wallet from where you made the payments.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
